With everything going on in today's world, it is still important to focus on wellness. The powerpoint goes through all 5 elements of wellness, and includes resources for promoting wellness. I would encourage you to go through one element of wellness per day. At the end there is a link to flipgrid (this is the graded assignment). By the end of the week, you should post 2 separate activities you are doing to maintain wellness. These activities should fit in different elements of wellness. Please be sure to follow all current state and federal recommendations for social distancing as applicable in your videos (#safetyfirst!). Get creative!
